Baffles - an alternative enhancement
Where an agitator isn’t appropriate, baffles offer another route to faster, more uniform blending. Baffles lift material from the bulk and redistribute it evenly as the vessel rotates — creating a more uniform mix in less time.
Baffles can be custom-designed to match any vessel geometry. For vessels with removable lids — drums, smaller IBCs and double cones — removable baffle sets offer easy cleaning, quick changeovers and process adaptability.
